Tiffany came with Beverly and I and we all had a blast. It was so nice to have a "girls" day together. We also changed our minds on the bridesmaid dress. We found one at David's that looked better on Tiffany and is so much cheaper. Plus, if i buy my gown from DB then they get 20.00 off!! Here is the link to the dress. DB doesnt let you save their pictures.

We havent settled on colors yet, but I'm leaning towards Teal and yellow? Maybe? I dunno. I finally got Eric to look at a guest list and figure out how many people we think we'll have. Right now the guest list is at 77. Im sure some of the people wont come, but that is a good number for our budget.
On another note, Beverly and I went to the F'burg Hospitality house yesterday and was surprisingly in love with it! Bonnie, the lady we dealt with, was awesome. You could tell she has done tons of weddings. The site was so much nicer than I had anticipated and whats even better: they have an area for an outdoor ceremony as well as they pretty much coordinate everything for you. That takes the stress out of the day. I looked at a couple of the room options for the reception and they have a couple choices that would work. They offer an all inclusive package for 89.99/pp it includes:
- 3-Hour House Brand Host Bar
- 2-Hour Cash Bar with Complimentary Bartender
- 1 bar per 125 pp
- 1 Hour White Glove Reception with Choice of two
- Two Cold hors D'oeuvres Trays (Served on a Buffet)
- And two hot hors D'oeuvres (Served Butler Style) (See Attached)
- Waiting Room for the Bridal Party with Hors D'oeuvres and Beverages
- Discounted Sleeping Room Block
- Complimentary Suite with and Breakfast or Brunch for Two
- Complimentary Chairs Covers for entire reception
- Tiered Wedding Cake and Cake Service
- Fresh Floral Centerpieces for all Tables and (1) Head table
- Plated or Buffet Dinner (See Attached)
- Special Children's Menu (if applicable)
- Champagne Toasts for all Guests (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic)
- General Decor for Gift Table and Cake Table
- Banquet room and set-up fees included
Now, I just have to convince Eric that the place is worth it! so, next step is to bring him to the site and have him see it for himself.
We also went back to the Marriott Downtown and had Bev look at the space and get an idea for the size. She and I agreed it wouldnt be big enough for a site down dinner for 75. It would, however, be perfect for a cocktail style reception. The size would be perfect for that. I am waiting for Elizabeth to send me some info on pricing for that, if we decide to go for the non-traditional route.
Well, thats it for now! Thanks for reading!
