I hate that Eric has to work on Saturdays. It ruins the whole weekend. Because of him being at work and me having nothing better to do, I spend the day with my textbooks reading and typing....reading and typing....reading and typing. I generally babysit on Saturday nights, so that is usually how my exciting day ends. 110 days left until graduation. I can do it! Quantico has been going nuts with their practice shooting and bombing. Our house is shaking and all I hear is the sound of firing. As annoying as it is, that is the sound of our freedom and I'll take that any day over not having what we have in this country.
I told Eric that I bought my wedding dress and he responded with, "why did you buy it already?" I explained to him the great deal I was getting and he understood. He knows I can't turn down a good deal. I'm his "cheap" fiance, as he likes to remind me. LOL.
I'm so excited about having gotten closer to a wedding venue. If we decide to do Natural Bridge, VA, we'll have to push it towards the latter end of June so that it's not too chilly. Early June's temperatures tend to be around low 70's and if we're in the shade and the ceremony is around 5pm, it will probably be a bit chilly. I'm a little worried about finding a good photographer out that way. I've done so much research on photographers on this side of the state, and now, if I cant get one to agree to travel, i'll be researching some more. Its not that I cant find a great photographer. It's that our budget wont allow for a super expensive photographer, and all the great ones seem to cost a lot of money!!!
I found some pictures of a wedding at Natural Bridge from 2010 on the photographer, Leo Druker's website. if you click on his name, it will take you to the website that shows the pictures of the wedding he photographed there. I'd love to use him, but he's really expensive.
I thought about different bridesmaid dresses if we choose Natural Bridge, because it would be so outdoorsey, I think the other maid's dresses i chose would be too dressy. Eric really likes this dress, (click on the word dress and it will take you to DB's website) and I do too. I just have to make sure my girls look good in it.
Well, back to the books I go. If I feel productive today, I'll take tomorrow off and enjoy it with my boo. cya!
